My career began in rural Arkansas, inside a clinic where the decisions made behind the scenes had a real impact on the people walking through the door. I learned how finance, operations, and healthcare policy shape the way communities receive care—and how much it matters to understand the people behind the numbers.

Over the years, I’ve taken on new challenges, asked a lot of questions, and found that some of the most interesting conversations happen when we look beyond the job title or the spreadsheet. What goes into a big decision? What does success cost us? And how do we build work and lives that feel meaningful?
